ENI offers competitive salaries and a rich benefit package including medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k). You have the option to enroll in a wide variety of voluntary programs such as STD, LTD, Term Life Ins., and others. All benefits are available at the first of the month following 90 days. In addition, ENI offers a generous paid time off plan available after 90 days of continuous employment. ENI offers a generous bonus plan to employees meeting employment eligibility requirements based on company performance in meeting Customer Performance Metric Goals and Company Financial Goals.
